在綠色建筑項目中,建議進行實地測試和長期監測,以了解丁基防水嵌縫膠在實際環境中的性能表現,確保其在不同氣候條件下都能滿足預期的要求。測試內容包括:
(1)粘接強度測試,參照HB 5249一1993《室溫硫化密封劑1 800剝離強度.試驗方法》標準的規定。測試過程中,首先將經過均勻混合的丁基防水嵌縫膠擠注到金屬框架內,然后利用刮平工藝將其表面整齊平坦。接著,進行為期7d的養護,以確保丁基防水嵌縫膠能夠充分固化和適應環境。記錄在不同比例下的粘接強度,包括不同溫度、濕度條件下的測試結果;
(2)活性期和不粘期測試,遵循HB 7752一2004《航空用室溫硫化丁基防水嵌縫膠規范》和H B 5242一1993《室溫硫化密封劑不粘期試驗方法》標準的測定方法。將充分混合的丁基防水嵌縫膠置于清潔的玻璃板上,在規定要求下進行挑拉測試,以確定活性期和不粘期。記錄活性期結束時的時間,以及在不同溫度、濕度條件下的測試結果。
(3)標準硫化期測試。按照HB 5244一1993《室溫硫化密封劑硫化期試驗方法》標準進行測定,混合均勻的丁基防水嵌縫膠的基膠和固化劑兩組分按照10:l的質量比混合均勻,刮涂在陽極氧化鋁合金試片中部。在維持50%相對濕度的環境中,每日處理18h后,將樣品取出并在標準溫濕度條件下靜置3h,期間同時進行硬度值的測定。記錄硫化后的試樣硬度值,可包括在不同溫度、濕度條件下的測試結果。
在保持其他條件恒定的情況下,不同溫濕度對丁基防水嵌縫膠與被粘物表面接合強度的影響,如圖l所示。
由圖l可知,在30℃之前,隨著環境溫度的升高,粘接強度呈上升趨勢;然而,當溫度超過30℃之后,粘接強度開始下降,而在30℃、相對濕度為60%RH的條件下達到最大值。通過環境溫濕度對丁基防水嵌縫膠的活性期、不粘期和涂敷性能等產生的顯著影響來看,在低溫低濕和高溫高濕的條件下,粘接強度相對較低的現象是由于活性期的減緩導致丁基防水嵌縫膠的硫化過程相對較慢。在這些條件下,丁基防水嵌縫膠需要更長的時間才能充分硫化,進而影響其粘接強度。http://www.dhhf.cn/
